Bio

March Angel is a passionate and enchanting singer, songwriter and producer whose style is a mix of alternative pop and cinematic soul. 

 

Born in California in the Bay Area, she comes from a family with a musical background. Her grandfather was a musician who formed a band in the 1920s after playing with jazz saxophonist Andy Kirk. Her father plays music as a radio DJ, and her mother was a stage singer at theatres.

 

As a youngster and throughout her teens, she learned how to play the flute and violin, which inspired her path towards singing. She developed her vocal skills while singing for her church, eventually becoming the lead singer of their choir. In her teens, she won awards in playing jazz and the flute. Then she eventually started composing songs. Before long, she was performing at various musical events. 

 

In order to expand her musical talents, March Angel studied opera for two years while attending UC Davis. She became inspired by singers such as Celine Dion and Barbara Streisand, the songwriting of Phil Collins, and the artistic style of The Weekend and Kid Cudi. Then, recording from her bedroom studio, she released her debut 5-track EP, “B.” 

 

Since then, the harmonious singer has created her own label, “FPB,” and released various songs such as “Can I Be,” “Fearless” and “Talk to Me.” Her latest release is a track titled “Only Us.” Recently, she also gained the pleasure of performing the national anthem for the IFL’s Bay Area Panthers.

 

March Angel continues to expand her artistry. She is a positive and authentic person who hopes to uplift people through her music. Her next single is just around the corner.
